What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 warmers — enough to check the print and the duration before committing — with bulk tiers that fall quickly at event quantities.
How fast will my warmers arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and printed warmers ship in about 2 weeks. Rechargeable electric units carry lithium cells and need their freight routed, which we will flag at quote stage.
How long do they last?
We state hours at an average temperature, per product, because that is the number that matters. A high peak temperature usually means a short life — the iron is being spent early.
Which type should I choose?
Air-activated for long duration and giveaways. Reusable click warmers for repeat use over a season. Rechargeable electric for gifts that should feel like an object. Toe warmers for inside footwear, and body patches for a full shift outdoors.
Are they safe against skin?
Not for prolonged contact. Warmers go inside a glove, pocket or over a base layer — never directly on bare skin for long periods, because low-temperature burns happen well below the temperature people expect.
Who should avoid them?
Anyone with reduced sensation, including diabetic neuropathy, should take medical advice first, and nobody should fall asleep wearing one. We print that guidance on the pack in the languages you need.
What is the shelf life?
Air-activated warmers are dated from their sealed date, because the outer sachet is an oxygen barrier holding the reaction off. Store them sealed and cool; a damaged outer is a spent warmer.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team rebuilds it for a small barrier sachet — a warmer pack is a tiny canvas and most logos need simplifying to survive it.
